Well, it may not be the actual FIRST picture (Tif got that one), but it's the first one that we'll post on the net. The other one is not very flattering. Izabella Tiffini was born on October 29, 1998 at 7:01 am. She weighed in at 8 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Mommy and Izzy

Here is mom only moments after the birth. Although it was a tough pregnancy and somewhat painful delivery, at least it was short. Mom is recovering nicely--much better this time than with any of our previous kids.

Once again, I managed to deliver without any pain. Yes, I am thankful that I don't have to go through that. However, it hurts pretty bad to see my wife in such pain. We think that Izabella looks more like Daddy's side of the family....only time will tell.

Wil Meets The New "Gril" In the Family

We haven't hard the heart to correct Wil's incorrect pronunciation of the word "girl". We like to hear him say "gril". At any rate, Wil has been pretty sweet when it comes to little sister Baylee and cousin Riley, so it wasn't a big surprise to see him loving on his new sister, Izabella. He told us all along that he wanted a brother named Derek, but he has since told us that he's happy with another "gril".

Baylee's favorite word is "baby" and she was also taught by Gramma Matilda to say "Izabella", which she can say perfectly....when she wants to. Baylee seems to like her new little 'sis. Both of these girls will be available to date when they are 30. If you know of anyone who is interested, have them see me so that they can begin to fill out the paperwork (in triplicate).

Tillie was happy to be present once again for the birth of yet another grandbaby. She has been present during the delivery of each one. Warren did his duty and waited outside the room with daddy (just kidding).
